Summary: St. Valentines day... after snow in Valencia on Saturday.
After sleet and snow on Saturday,
Valencia awakens to very cold conditions and very light winds
from the NNE wafting around SSE in the afternoon -- looking at a
couple of knots. Monday 15th February Summary: After very light winds on Sunday 14th February, Valencia wakes to rain and the odd squall coming in from due east. The wind is predicted at around 8-12 knots, gusting to 15 knots at times during squalls. The air temperature will be around 6-7 degrees Celsius but will feel barely above freezing. There's a likely wind directional change from Due East to ENE later in the afternoon which may require a course change for the triangular course for Race 2. Tuesday 16th February 2010 Summary: Light Westerly at 6-9 knots
It will be raining all day -- with
the breeze from the southern quadrant -- SSE of 6-9 knots in the
afternoon starting from ESE in the morning. The breeze will
increase slightly to 8-12 knots from due south by the early
evening. Thursday 18th February 2010
Summary: It's light SSE in
the morning and showers -- moving around to fresher WNW of 8-12
