time limit (per RRSAC 35 (b)) from the winning boat's finish.

In Race 4, Aleph, Korea, and GreenComm capsized, while Artemis
withdrew due to damage.
Korea was righted and sailed to complete the race, but Aleph and GreenComm
did not finish.
